The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will no longer refer to their racial categories directive as "OMB Statistical Policy Directive 15." The new policy is now called "Standards for Maintaining, Collecting, and Presenting Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity." It appears that names are important!
